We had such a great stay! The home was so cute and cozy, and it is in a great neighborhood.

You will not regret staying at this beautiful house!! It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed watching the local birds and bunnies.The house is exactly as pictured and provided us with plenty of space to gather or spread out. The backyard is a beautiful place to relax with a cup of coffee. In the evening we enjoyed playing chess and cornhole. The host was very responsive and incredibly kind when our daughter had an emergency and we needed to stay a few more days. He made our stressful event much easier and I am so very grateful for that!This property has everything you need and then some! I've stayed at a lot of rentals and this is by far the absolute best!!I

My niece was getting married so we all stayed together in the space. 4 couples and my nice and her bridesmaids. It was plenty of space for all of us and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. 4 stars for when my sister and her son and his wife arrived the first night around 10pm their sheets were not clean so the found extra sheets that were intended for the pull out bed. When I arrived on Thursday I notified the management company and they didn’t seem happy about us using the sheets that were not for that particular room. There was a leak under one of the sinks and they said if it wasn’t too bad they would wait until we checked out. Having a 10 pm curfew was a surprise to all of us. I think the hot tub would have been used more if we could have relaxed outside after 10 pm! But the threat of a 350 fine for being in the backyard after 10 was a good incentive to go inside. Even on the weekends, which I asked and was told to go downstairs to muffle any noise we might make. Overall it worked for what we needed it for but we didn’t feel comfortable. Many signa posted around the house with instructions made me feel like we were not welcome or trusted in the home. I always make sure to respect someone’s home! The property was close to stores and restaurants which helped immensely with grabbing groceries. Most importantly my niece is married and downstairs was perfect for them to get ready for the wedding. Thank you for letting us stay!

The house was nice and big enough for a family of 9. However, there are no ceiling fans in any of the rooms and the AC was not working the entire trip leading to the home being 80 degrees. When inquired about, we were told someone would come and then they showed up at 9:30PM on the last day of our stay. Not super happy about that but overall nice place nice location.
