The host was easy to contact, and accomodations were as expected. We appreciated the binder with their recommendations for food and entertainment selections. The property and home in general was in the condition as advertised. The swimming pool was heated, and the hot tub was functional. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher got some use with our group. The kitchen was furnished with adequate dishes, pans, utensils, and gadgets. We especially enjoyed the waffle maker. The pool table had seen better days but we played on it every night. The livingroom lamps had USB charging ports! I was surprised to find hair dryers in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay in the Outer Banks!

The house accommodated all 17 members of our family ranging in age from 6 months to 63. We loved our time playing at the beach during the day and our nightly walks back in the evening to search for crabs. The pool, hot tub and patio were the perfect place to spend the day as well.

My large family stayed here for about a week and we loved the access to the beach and pool. The baby gates, pack and play etc. was so helpful as well. Our only issue was the cleanliness

The weather didn’t cooperate with our outside plans but it was great to catch up with cousins.
A couple of house issues needed attention and they are being addressed. The owners responded quickly to us.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we would rent this house again.
