House has fantastic sunrise views and was laid out heat for mixed families. Security staff was fantastic!!

This was a great unit. A few minor things needed fixed but overall had everything we needed. I wish the patio was a little more private as the people in the unit next to us sat out there and smoked so we didn’t enjoy it as much. (Not the property owners issue though). The pool is nice and having the game room was fun.

Unit needs a few minor repairs. However it has Comfortable beds, nice linens and dishes, and furniture.

The town house is in a nicely landscaped community, close to the pool and has great views. It’s in dire need of upkeep; rickety stair railing, very scratched up kitchen cabinets, worn furniture, bathrooms needing caulking…Appliances are in good shape but pricing doesn’t match interior decor/upkeep.
