On the first level, you'll find a spacious bedroom featuring a luxurious King-sized bed. This bedroom has an attached bathroom, which also serves as a guest bathroom. The bathroom has double sinks and a walk in shower. For added convenience, there's a television for entertainment, and patio access is available directly from this room, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the surroundings.
The townhome boasts an updated kitchen, providing modern amenities for cooking and dining. Additionally, there's a gas grill outside, perfect for those who enjoy outdoor barbecue experiences. There is also a refreshing community pool (open seasonally) where guests can unwind and cool off right in your back yard.
Moving up to the second floor, a landing area welcomes you with a twin sleeper sofa. This space is versatile and can be used for lounging or accommodating an additional guest.

This property was perfect for our family of four. It was decorated so cute and had all the perfect touches. The blinds over all the doors and windows gave perfect cover to allow you to sleep in and relax on vacation. It was close to the beach. We also loved having the pool in our backyard, which we used the one day it rained a little in the afternoon. The rental company was very responsive and easy to work with. My husband and I slept so well in the very comfortable king bed in the master suite. We highly recommend this place if you want to visit HHI. Our second time staying in Palmetto Dunes but our favorite location and condo.

This was such a lovely villa! The fact it was an end unit made it all that much better as the sunshine was abundant. The pool is right out the back door which was so convenient. Beach is a 4 minute walk - right across the street, past a few houses. Beautifully decorated and has an incredibly well-stocked kitchen! There was even a crockpot. Felt very homey with nice touches. Definitely not a bare bones rental. I appreciate these owners opening their home to others. The property manager also had a supply of beach towels that is a really nice - and appreciated! - touch. I would enthusiastically recommend this rental to others, and intend to return here. Loved!

Our rental started off rough — poor communication with your office was extremely frustrating. I found out that no access codes for our paid unit, or parking passes were available after driving over 5hrs from out of State to your office. Luckily, we were able to reach one of your reps on the emergency line to assist in resolving the oversight! Once we gained entry, we enjoyed the unit, with the exception of the TV's (poor functionality and no Netflix)...but after visiting Hilton Head for over 30yrs, we will probably never rent through your services again.
