Beautifully set against the alpine backdrop of Wald im Pinzgau, a generous and charming mountain home within the Schöneben holiday park. The heart of the chalet is an open-plan living room complete with cozy lounge seating, a satellite TV, and an indoor fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere for family gatherings. A spacious Austrian-style dining area flows right into a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator for all your group self-catering needs.

Thoughtfully laid out across multiple levels, the property comfortably hosts up to 12 guests. The flexible bed configuration features three double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the last bedroom fitted with two bunk beds. Two full bathrooms - featuring both shower and bathtub amenities with toilets - deliver privacy and daily convenience for everyone.

Outside, step onto the private balcony or garden terrace to take in panoramic views of the Pinzgau valley and surrounding Hohe Tauern range. Guests can unwind after an active day outdoors in their private on-site sauna. Practical amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, ski storage, and private parking with free access to the indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

Ideally positioned between the Wildkogel Arena and the vast Zillertal Arena, the chalet offers fast connections to ski slopes via car or the local free ski bus. Winter brings world-class skiing, cross-country tracks, and tobogganing, while summer opens up extensive hiking trails in Hohe Tauern National Park, scenic cycling paths, and trips to the world-famous Krimml Waterfalls.
