Rose Hill Roost is a spacious yet quaint authentic cabin restored from 150+ year old logs. This cabin is located in a peaceful wooded area with an awesome mountain view that is also convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. On the back deck is a large hot tub for your enjoyment and relaxation after a hike in the mountains or a day shopping and taking in our beautiful sites. The front porch has rocking chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful mountain view. Beautiful sites of mother nature surround Rose Hill Roost Cabin and on occasion a mother bear and her cubs are known to wander by. As you enter the cabin you are on the main floor which offers the full kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace, TV and Sleeper Sofa. A Queen Bedroom awaits you with a full bath and TV. The upstairs level offers a King Bedroom with wood burning Fireplace, TV and Full Bath. The second King Bedroom upstairs has TV and a Full Bath in the hall. On the lower level you will find a Queen Bedroom, TV and Full Bath. The game room is also located on the lower level featuring a Pool Table and a second kitchen. Rose Hill Roost is a perfect cabin for a family getaway and offers privacy for all. Sleeps 10

An enchanting historic cabin with breathtaking views. Our family loved the multiple outdoor decks, particularly the front porch with its incredible mountain view. We also enjoyed the game room and the rustic atmosphere, while being very close and accessible to Gatlinburg. Our stay at Rose Hill Roost was both engaging and relaxing, and we would love to visit again.

We enjoyed our short trip to Gatlinburg. The location was perfect with easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park. The road is very twisty and I do agree that you should do your first drive in daylight. View was amazing, quiet neighbors were great and the weather perfect. It is an old cabin and there is no insulation between the floors so beware noise travels. You can hear all conversations and phone sounds between floors. One of the guests panicked a little when she was hearing men's voices and it was only women in the house. LOLOur only issues were that it became very warm and humid. There were no directions for the nest and no screens to open windows. Made the last couple of nights hard to sleep. Also, couldn't turn volume down on sound bar. There was no remote for it and the main remote would not adjust it so we had to unplug the sound bar. Other than those minor issues the place was perfect and communication was easy with property manager.

Cabin was very nice and clean! Plenty of room for 10 people. Kitchen was a little small, but it worked out for us. Some of the interior doors did not completely shut. Views were amazing from all 3 porches. But he road to the cabin was sketchy, not safe for someone with bad vision, or someone who cant see at night. Check in/out was great. We had no problems during our 3 night stay.
