4. Pets are not allowed. The owner has extreme pet allergies.
5. This property is equipped with several surveillance cameras. Below are the locations and views of each:
▸Garage Camera: Located inside the garage, monitoring the garage entry and looking outward.
▸Driveway Camera: Positioned on the exterior of the house above the garage, overseeing the driveway and street.
▸Tree Camera: Mounted high in a tree, providing a view of the house entry and roofline (used primarily for snow load monitoring).
▸Front Porch Camera: Covers the main entry and walkway approach.
▸Ring Doorbell Camera: Offers an additional view of the entry area and front yard.

Overall the cabin was wonderful! The water pressure in the master shower was terrible. The tv in the great room is a "smart" tv. However, the technology is outdated and we were unable to sign into any of our streaming services. We were limited to watching Prime and Showtime. There were a few Christmas movies on other services that we had hoped to watch.Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This cabin had a great open floor plan for the upstairs area. Everything was clean for the most part and there were a lot of kitchen utensils, cookware, etc to choose from (no toaster oven though). I was pleasantly surprised to find there were two foam mattresses for my girls, which made it nice for my older daughter, but I ended up using my blow up mattress for my little one since it kept her from rolling out of bed like the foam mattress did (I also brought my own mattress liners and used those on there). One of the couches is a fold out (found that out when I was looking for my kids toys, but didn’t use). There was a high chair and playpen as well just as a mention (I didn’t need to use them though). There was plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels and a great surprise was that the owner had Doterra products to use for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap and lotion…appears they might also be a rep for it, but very nice touch to sample products/include in a rental property. They do have a gas grill, but it is located downstairs in the garage. Overall, it was a nice stay. Thank you to the owner for the property rental.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful cabin/house. Everything new! Close to Obexster’s, Swiss House restaurant, Tahoma store! Best side of Tahoe!
