Unit was very pleasant beachy deco and choice of indoor and outdoor pools large hot tub close to restaurants and shopping. We really like being right on the beach beautiful views and sun-sets, we would come back.

Place is clean, and has nice view, but otherwise?Was told things to get rental rented, then nothing. 15% discount questioned was told I would be shown figures, never happened. Tv remote roku never worked, toilets? Old b

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Upon arrival, I contacted the property manager because the unit was not clean and there were several issues with the unit including mold. Instead of starting our vacation, we spent several hours cleaning the unit ourselves. We had to vacuum the house, wipe down surfaces, wash mattress covers/comforters and wash all the bathroom rugs. Below is what we found: -Floors not vacuumed, sand everywhere -There was fecal matter under the small kitchen table -There was toothpaste spit on the rug in the bathroom (rugs were not cleaned) -Mold on the vents -Mattress covers were stained -Pillows were stained -Comforters look like they had not been washed and covered in sand -Ceiling tiles falling out of the ceiling in both bathrooms -Tub floors stained -Grease dripping down the wall in the twin bed room -Internet not working Property manager tried to blame us for the poor maintenance and cleanliness of the condo. Would not give cleaning refund when requested. Property manager not responsive, only maintenance man showed up after several phone calls and complaints. Do NOT RENT FROM HERE, photos are not what the unit looks like in person and Management is poor.

Ocean Front Condo in Royal Gardens Resort - Unit 1014. 2 Bedroom 2 Full Bath with fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, flat screen televisions in all bedrooms and living area. Wifi included! Unit has washer/dryer, new furniture package and comfy mattresses. One Queen - two twins and queen size pull out sofa sleeper. Amenities include large indoor heated pool, whirlpool sauna, 2 kiddy pools and oceanfront pool deck with The Salty Pickle food and drink bar. Just a short walk to the Garden City Pier, restaurants and shopping. Gulf Stream Cafe, Conch Cafe and many more great restaurants.
