The Space:
Come enjoy Sea Watch Resort - located in Myrtle Beach, SC! This 3 bedroom condo is located in a mesmerizing oceanfront resort - you will enjoy the unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean from your balcony. The resort has amenities for you and the entire crew to enjoy!
Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.
Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.
Living Area: Plenty of seating. Sleeper Sofa. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 1: King bed. TV.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV.
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds. TV.
Bathrooms: 3 full.
Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanfront views. Seating!
Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Getting Around:
2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Routine pest control happens monthly via the HOA. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING.
For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the booking terms provided during the reservation.
By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform

Our stay was excellent. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, making it a very pleasant experience for my family. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

The ocean view is fantastic but loved watching the sunrise from the oceanfront balcony. Since the unit has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms everybody had plenty of room to relax. The host responded quickly to resolve an issue we had with the lock.

Nice oceanfront condo at Seawatch but unfortunately the remodel was done not by a contractor and it showed. It looked great in pictures but not in person. It felt dirty, dark and worn. I had stains and sand in my bed which they did offer a credit to me and offered sheets sent at 11pm. It wasn’t horrible. If I would not recommend or return.
