Upgraded 3 bed 2 bath with all new appliances and furniture, in a quiet, safe residential area 3 min off R99, 15 min to airport, great access to national parks (Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon), high speed wifi, dining table, TV's in living and bedrooms, BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 3 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed. Front and backyard securely fenced, parking 2 cars inside the security gate, street parking available as well, great for both business and fun

The house was nicely decorated, and accommodated our family just perfectly. Communication with the property owners was very easy with a smooth check in. We would definitely stay here again when re-visiting Fresno.

Check in was quick and easy. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were not that comfortable and they didn’t seem to be queen size like the listing. They seemed a bit smaller. The washer gave us problems, but the host was quick with responding and trying to fix the problem.If you have small children that are active, this house has an echo. The wood floors make every noise 10x louder. We didn’t use the grill or patio because there was no patio furniture. Just a table and fold up chairs.
