This beautiful home is located on a 1.24 acre high ground lot on Deepwater and marsh is only minutes from downtown Charleston. Residing next to protected marshland, it is a perfectly intimate location. Park your boat out back to have immediate access to the Wando River and Charleston Harbor.
This custom built home, reminiscent of a country estate, features an open floor plan, five well designed bedrooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with adjoining 'Butler's Pantry' and luxurious outdoor spaces extending the living area of the home. Night lighting highlights the moss-laden live oak trees that make this property so unique and beautiful. The spacious master bedroom connects to a large 'his & hers' walk-in closet and spa-like master bathroom complete with marble flooring, Jacuzzi tub, marble shower with bench seating and double sinks.

The spacious dining room has seating for 8 and kitchen island seating for 4. Additional dining space available on screened porch and deck.

Spacious and comfortable this property was a major hit for our visit considering we had our family of 10 of ages 13 to 80! Bedrooms are basic for a comfortable night’s sleep. The master bath offers a wonderful jacuzzi style tub for relaxing. The living/dining/kitchen layout is perfect for gathering with everyone and enjoying each other’s company while preparing shared meals and dining. The screened porch is spacious and delightful as is the wraparound deck both of which flank the dining/kitchen/living layout. Spacious yard for games and activities and the dock beautifully stretches through the reeds to the salt creek which is fun to kayak and connects to the Wando River. AC helps keep cool when it’s hot out. Lots of natural light. Great location as well. About 10 minutes from downtown Charleston, but over the bridge which maintains the retreat feel of this property. Plenty of parking. Host was excellent. Can’t recommend this property highly enough!

It was a beautiful home, lots of room. There was black dust by the heating vents in the bedrooms. Other then that very nice home.

Lovely property. Great layout for many guests who need privacy, huge backyard and the dock is such a unique and beautiful feature. We were very pleased with the proximity to the Charleston sights/nightlife (15 minutes or less to many great restaurants and attractions). The next time we’re in Charleston we’ll stay here for sure!

We love the location and layout of this home. We stayed here many years ago and returned this past fall. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood with access close to everything you need (groceries, restaurants etc). Our main issue was with how the kitchen was equipped….mainly with whatever previous guests bought and left behind. Random glasses, cheap silverware, assortment of cookware and cooking utensils, kitchen knives were dull and no steak knives. There was even a lot of pancake mix, flour, condiments, that haven’t been thrown out in a long time. The floors need to be mopped. Our socks were black and dust bunnies are under all the beds. I think with some good tlc and pulling the kitchen back together with purpose would go a long long way.
