4th Floor, Two Bedroom/Two Bath Villa. Located in the Premier Oceanfront Resort of Villamare. You will enjoy nice views of the Atlantic Ocean from windows and balcony! This villa is conveniently located just steps from the beach, 2 outdoor pools, 2 large outdoor hot tubs, sundeck, gas fire place & grilling area, plus the indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness area. The Villamare grounds are landscaped with lush tropical plantings, curved walkways, and water features. You will not be disappointed with all this beautiful resort and villa have to offer!
This 4th floor ocean front villa begins with a keyless entry to offer added security and ease as you come and go to the beach. No need to worry who has the key! Parking under cover is available with elevator access to the 4th floor. Also included are:

is spacious and offers floor to ceiling window views, all new furniture, a 55 inch Samsung flat screen TV, plus access to a covered balcony with a table and chairs for outdoor views of the ocean. NO sleep sofa available.
The Dining Area -
has a large round table, six matching chairs (other 2 in second bedroom), also, two chairs at kitchen counter for extra seating.
The Kitchen-
is complete to include all new cookware and dining needs, new stainless appliances, quartz countertops, plus a washer and dryer for your use.

We have engaged a local company to ensure your villa is clean and in working order when you arrive, plus provide 24/7 response to any problems you may have during your stay. We also have an inspector come in AFTER it is cleaned to make sure it is clean to our standards and to go over anything that is missed.
We provide a Welcome packet that includes directions to the villa, numbers to call if you need anything during your stay, a list of Hilton Head restaurants, activities with contact information and more.
We value your vacation time and our goal is to provide excellent service. We are active owners and continually seek and appreciate your suggestions and feedback. We will use this feedback to add amenities and services to enhance guest experiences for the following year. You will receive the Welcome packet upon receipt of the final payment.
VILLAMARE- is a top rated oceanfront resort noted for its beautiful grounds, lagoons, health club with indoor heated swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, and steam sauna and extensive workout facility. These services and amenities are included at no cost. The outside pool is nestled around a 3 tier deck for sunning and viewing the ocean. Palm trees are around the deck to provide shade for anyone who forgot their umbrella. The outdoor pool is heated during the months of Oct, Nov, Mar, and Apr. A second beachfront deck area features a newly added grilling area with 4 built in grills and a new serenity pool with hot tub. Also, enjoy the new gas fire pit.

You know it’s a great trip when you extend your stay. Loved this location, the condo is updated, bright and open. Will absolutely stay here again!

This vacation condo was spacious & very accessible to the beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed. However, we were only able to use the balcony 2 days of the 6 we were there, because the parking & resort road surfaces were being re-surfaced & the fumes were horrible. We could not have a coffee/glass of wine on balcony or leave doors with screens open. The owner was responsive & communicative. The mugs & some cook wear were worn & unusable. She immediately shipped new ones to the condo. We managed to enjoy our vacation, but the condo is a bit neglected.

Excellent location and easy access to everything on the island! Condo has everything you need for your stay. Host Carolyn is very accommodating and provides exceptional recommendations for dining and activities!

Overall, the stay was decent, but a few things stood out. The "partial ocean view" was less impressive than advertised—only about 10% visible from the far right, which felt a bit misleading based on the listing images. The unit itself was okay, functional but not exceptional. Mornings were noisy due to the hotel next door using a leaf blower for cleaning.I asked the owner about checking in before 4 PM, and she said no, citing extra cleaning time. However, the unit had noticeable dust, which was tough on my husband’s allergies, and even the dishes felt dusty, like it hadn’t been used in a while. Not a bad stay overall, but these issues could use some attention.
