This was a very nice room and was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I really liked that it was on the 2nd floor. It was a quick trip out to the beach or pool. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the furnishings. This was a wonderful stay.

The property is in a great location. The condo is soundproofed very well and you cannot hear anything going on outside at night. It’s within walking distance to shops and an amusement park. The parking lot provided has enough spots available. The pools were nice and the one inside is actually heated. The beach access was perfect. The beds were comfy and we all slept great.

The property has an amazing view especially from the balconies, living room and king room. It has 2 very nice good size bathrooms. The host was very helpful with everything and showed concern about our stay. It was a perfect week! We will definitely look to stay here again in the near future!

Pros: Beautiful beach view. Could not ask for a better one and centrally locate.Cons: The condo is not maintained. The furniture is old and beat up. The appliances are dated. The ice maker did not work. Dishes and flatware were missed matched or nonexistent. Only 4 forks. Both toilets were broken. Someone did come fix them, but now one runs all the time. The patio furniture was broken and beat up.The overall appearance was worh fron the mold on the walls in the bathroom, to the dirty walls and baseboards. The general appearance on the condo facility is that it is not maintained.
