On the lower floor: 1 bathroom with 1 toilet, shower and sink, 1 bedroom with a double bed 140, 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm and a dressing of 4 m2.
Access to the house down 16 steps.

We enjoyed our stay. Apt has good size for 4 people. Beach is in 10-15min distance. Bathrooms might need some renovation but was ok. The view from the balcony is great. Apt is well equipped. Corinne was very helpful and flexibel with the check in and out.

We enjoyed our stay, but we did miss an an airconditioning. Even late night if we kept our doors open, it was too warm. I recommend the owner to install airco, or at least to provide ventilators. But nevertheless, we did enjoy our stay. All necessary for your holiday is available in the house.

des vacances tres bien, la vue et l'exposition sont tres bien. L'agencement et l'equipement de la residence sont fonctionels et pratiques. Nous qui avons baucoup loué, avons apprécié l'ensemble des détails en matiere d'équipement intérieur ainsi que le décor. Pour le reste la tranquilité des lieux et le panorama sur la mer, nous ont fait passé un moment de vacances appréciable. Pour le reste, la ville de st pierre la mer est appreciable et le marche quotidien sur le bord de mer reste un souvenir tres appréciable. Cette location est a recommander à tous vacanciers, sans restriction.
