The house is
10 minutes far from the Center by car.
Detached, fully furnished 85 sq. M. m. house with a 200 sq. m. m. private garden, located in a private closed street, in a quiet residential area and closed to all services.
The house is composed by:
Entrance,
1 bedrooms (3 beds + travel cot),
And 1 bedroom (2 single beds and 1 sofa-bed)
 kitchen
and bathroom. It has heating, air conditioning, TV and wi-fi free, first aid kit, fire extinguisher.
Towels and bed white sheets are provided.

The enclosed garden:
is of exclusive use of guests and their pets for alfresco dining or relaxing.
Available: 1 sofa, 4 chairs and table on the porch.

Check-in time: from 2pm to 11pm
Check-out time: 10am
Possibility to self check in after 11pm

At check-in all guests are requested to show their identity card or passport (adults, babies and children of all ages).

Babies under 1 year free of charge.


City tax to pay at arrival per night / person:
€ 4.00 per person / children from 10 to 16 y. € 2.00 / children aged unter 10 y. excluded from the payment of the city tax.

It is allowed to smoke in the garden, not inside the house.
Being a residential area, you have to respect the rules of good cohabitation.
Please keep quiet hours between: 2pm and 4pm / from 11pm to 7am.

I'm available for any need during your stay.
I live around 100 mt. far away from "Tina's house".
