The main floor features two bedrooms for added convenience, while three more await upstairs. A fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the main floor laundry ensures your stay is as comfortable as possible. The spacious 3-season porch overlooking the lake is a highlight, offering the perfect spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset.

* Smoke-Free Space – Please keep the indoors fresh for everyone—no smoking inside. (A $300 cleaning fee applies if detected.)
* No Parties or Events – You’re welcome to invite day visitors and enjoy small get-togethers during your stay. We just ask that you keep things respectful — no large parties, events, or activities that might cause extra mess, damage, or disturb the neighbors.
* Guest List – For everyone’s safety and comfort, only registered guests are allowed unless we’ve chatted and approved otherwise.
* Quiet Hours – Let’s keep it cozy from 10 PM to 8 AM so everyone (including the neighbors!) can relax.
* Pets – Pets are not allowed on this property. Thank you for your understanding!
* Water Shoes Recommended! For your comfort and safety, we recommend bringing water shoes if you plan to enjoy the lake. Serpent Lake has zebra mussels, and they can be a little rough on bare feet.
