This apartment, located just a 7-minute walk from Capri's main square, has a fresh, modern feel. Its standout feature is undoubtedly the terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the island's north side—a sunny spot all year round. The minimalist interiors, featuring resin floors and Capri-style majolica tiles, create a sense of order and spaciousness. The apartment features two spacious double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. The large open-concept living room/kitchen, complete with a double sofa bed and large panoramic windows, offers a 180° view of downtown Capri and the beautiful Anacapri. The nighttime view is indescribable when all the lights in the piazzetta come on and the beautiful yachts dock in the bay of Marina Piccola.
