Welcome to Lil Orphan Annie – Your Perfect Beach Escape!
Tucked away on a quiet street just steps from the beach, Lil Orphan Annie is a bright, second-row coastal retreat ideal for a relaxing family getaway — pets included. Enjoy ocean views from the spacious deck, a large backyard, and a peaceful, uncrowded beach just a 1-minute walk away (no nearby public parking means fewer crowds).
We’re currently completing a few light updates to continue improving the home. These will not impact your stay.

Ocean views & large deck
Outdoor shower
Dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs, fee applies)
Parking for 2–3 vehicles or a small boat
Sleeping: King primary with private bath, second king bedroom, twin bunk room.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with pots and pans for easy beach meals.
Amenities: WiFi, Smart TV, washer/dryer, AC, ceiling fans.
Linens & towels provided via professional service (guests make beds).
Explore North Topsail Beach:
Shell hunting, sunrise walks, surf fishing, kayaking, biking, and stargazing. Family fun includes High Tides & Good Vibes (arcade & bowling) and Shipwreck Point Golf. Dining nearby at Splash by the Sea, Daddy Mac’s, Sears Landing, JM on the Water, Beach Bum Pizza, Riverview Café, and Ocean’s Edge. Easy trips to Surf City or Wilmington.

The property was clean, however, the bunk beds were in the laundry room as the third bedroom.This was not ideal for we senior citizens. Also the beach closest has severe beach erosion and difficult to walk at high tide.

The host was very responsive. Location has an ocean view but the access is two houses down.

Checkin was not good. Given wrong code for lockbox. Washer broke 1st time used it. Floor in house uneven and could feel holes under vinyl floor.
