All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.
Slide open extra wide glass doors to an ocean view sunset or walk out past a BBQ porch area to sit on a sunny lawn enveloped by verdant gardens. Inside, eclectic furnishings mingle with funky pops of color creating a patina of whimsy within this family-friendly home. Walk to Moonlight Beach for a full-service beach or Swamis for some raw'n'real surfing. Or head to shopping and cafes in town, just 3 blocks away. With 9 beds and 4 outdoor areas, it provides the perfect mix of shared spaces and space to breathe. If your group expands, consider renting the back Ocean Oasis apartment as well. We were composed of 3 generational family. The house was perfect for all of us. It was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. Thank you for having 2 king beds! We loved the decor and appreciated the thought that went into making it such a welcoming place to call “home” for a few days. The location is great to town and beach and it is quiet. There is construction next door (but it was labor day weekend) and it looks like the unit is close to being completed.
We would love to return to this area and would love to rent this house again.

This house is PERFECT for a family beach vacation. We had 8 people and reserved 3 of the 4 properties - they all connected seamlessly - while providing enough personal space and space to entertain. The multiple decks and outdoor spaces were larger than the other houses we have rented in the area. The house was well stocked, super clean, and had all of the beach gear we needed. Every step of reserving this property and communicating with the owners/managers was five star. We are booking again for next year!

Wonderful accommodations for 11 of us. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked. Loved the little notes everywhere. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc. Brenda is fantastic to work with. Highly recommend this property.
