A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Very bright apartment with open views, only 100m from the beach and 800m from Puerto Banus!
Rio Verde area, in a residence with two swimming pools, including one for children.
Due to its ideal location, it will allow you to enjoy all that Puerto Banus has to offer, without having drive: beach clubs, bars, restaurants, but also luxury shopping and farniente.
The apartment has been completely refurbished, in a trendy and comfortable style. It offers one bedroom, a bathroom with Italian shower and a beautiful kitchen completely open onto the living room.
Urbanization located in a residential area, but just steps from the bustling Puerto Banus and Marbella.
You can use one of the reserved community parking spaces on the street
We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.
