Charming and bright apartment recently restored, situated a few steps away from La Spezia Centrale Railway Station and the town center pedestrian area (with shops, restaurants, ecc.), EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING, surrounded by a living terrace and very comfortable to all services and transport links for Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici etc. There is a fitted kitchen, WIFI internet connection and a small library with free novels (also in English), comics, children and board games.
The entire lodging and the terrace will be completely at your disposal. We will agree together the check-in and check-out time.

The host is fantastic, she is helpful and responds quickly if you have any questions. The apartment is top notch with a small balcony and the location is perfect if you are going to visit the Cinque Terre, La Spezia or Porto Venere :-)

Beautiful apartment, excellent location very close to train station, restaurants and grocery stores. Excellent and prompt communication with property manager. We really enjoyed our stay in La Spezia and were easily able to travel to Cinque terre villages each day from this apartment

This is an AMAZING location! Our host was so so helpful , she responded within minutes to every request! We were even allowed to stay later to check out as we waited for our train! Way above and beyond being an excellent host, the check in was PERFECT and EASY. The apartment itself , is exactly as advertised with high ceilings and a beautiful wrap around balcony. It's right in the heart of the city but with balcony doors closed extremely peaceful. The A/C units worked perfectly, very simple, a remote for each unit. The entire apartment is clean with comfortable beds. We stayed here to visit Cinque Terre it is SO close to the station it was perfect to go visit the villages , but we also quickly fell in love with La Spezia itself as well, grocery store right around the corner and amazing restaurants and waterfront all within quick walk. We would DEFINITELY stay again! Thank you for an excellent stay
