• Resort Fee: $66+ 14% tax per night ($75.00) benefits Two beach chaises and one umbrella per room ,Bicycle rental, Audi e-tron house car service, Mind and Movement fitness and wellness experience , Nature-inspired programming and events, Lobby Farmstand with fresh seasonal fruit
• Valet Parking (if needed): $65+ tax per night, total $69.55. Access to all the pools, and Gym.
These fees are not included in the quoted rate and are due at check-in. A credit card authorization of $200 per night (up to 7 nights) will also be held for incidentals.

Beautiful condo located on a high floor within a hotel. Had full access to the hotel gym and restaurants / bars and pool /beach chairs but at the same time- kitchen available with fridge. Clean condo and straight forward easy check in. Host had very clear and involved communication. Well managed property by owner.

We had a wonderful stay in the one-bedroom residence at 1 Hotel South Beach during a wedding weekend, and it truly exceeded expectations. The space was beautifully designed, modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable with a calming, beachy aesthetic that made it feel like a true retreat. The location was ideal for a busy wedding weekend easy access to the beach, great restaurants, and all the events we needed to get to. The hotel amenities were a huge bonus, especially the multiple pools and the beachfront service, which made it easy to unwind in between festivities. Everything felt seamless and well-managed.Check-in and check-out were both incredibly easy and efficient, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable especially during a busy weekend.Overall, it was the perfect mix of luxury and convenience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale stay in South Beach especially for a special occasion like a wedding weekend.

Host (Robinson) actually arranged to meet us in our unit day of arrival to go over WiFi password, tv cable remote, lighting, kitchen/laundry appliances, facilities access. We’ve stayed in many units in same property 1Hotel Miami Beach, over the years and this effort was a first! Appreciate that!
