The well-kept 2 bedrooms (only these rooms have window air conditioners), living room and kitchen/dining area offered ample space for our family, with a pleasant yard and easy off-street parking. The Bellevue Ave. historic district and Cliff Walk are within easy walking distance. Steve, the owner, stopped by to welcome us and share information on area beaches.

We very much enjoyed the stay. The place was perfect and the owner, Steve, is beyond friendly and welcoming. I recommend the property to all.
