Excellent communication from host. Property was in a quiet neighborhood, in a great location, close to downtown and several areas with restaurants and bars. House was clean, beds comfortable, and all of the furniture was in good condition. The host even provided extra toothbrushes and basic toiletries, if someone forgot to pack everything. We will definitely stay at that property the next time we are visiting Tulsa.

Hosts had great communication. Had a small problem w/ the water heater during the stay. Host responded quickly. Repair made but water needed to be shut off for a few hours. Water temp never seemed to come back as warm prior to repair. Backyard was a concern for dogs. Escape breach, protruding rebar, & exposed nails. I made host aware. Said fence is due to be replaced in a week. Some residual dog waste was left in the yard, which I cleaned up along w/ my dog's.
