FIBER internet with 100 meg or more if you need it, symmetrical speeds. Work or vacation remotely or a little of both! Secluded, private, a short drive to downtown for supplies, and a Pinnacle Meadow Hiking trail up the road!
We've also partnered with KellyCanVT, who can do all the shopping you need before you arrive or while you are staying at the Upper Pinnacle House. We love dogs and have a huge yard as well as the Pinnacle trail behind the house for long quiet walks with your pups.
An open concept floor plan fully stocked with high-end kitchen gear, down duvets, top thread count sheets, LL Bean towels, and custom-made furniture. The house has several suites for privacy. The Upper Pinnacle House is ideal for several families or multiple generations. Key features include:

*The three queen suites are located in separate areas of the house for privacy.

Important Notes:
1. During the winter months, we require a vehicle with snow tires and front or all-wheel drive.
2. We employ surveillance cameras on this property. A nest video camera is located on the deck looking out at the driveway and at the inside of the garage door to make sure it is closed. The cameras are set only to video, no audio.
3. We never rent through Craigslist, all of our rentals are through Vrbo and Airbnb. We never ask to send money directly, all transactions go through these sites for your safety.

I wanted a special spot for my 60th birthday and this delivered and then some! The property was beautiful, had all the amenities and the host was exceptional in responding instantly to any questions! She knew it was for my 60th birthday so there was a lovely bottle of wine there when we arrived. The bonus is that it is also dog friendly. It was also close to town so we could easily get to restaurants and hiking paths. Everything was pristine as well. The gourmet kitchen had everything you would need and the table was perfect to play games. Lovely and I would definitely go back.

Our whole family just spent a wonderful week in this amazing house. First, I can’t say enough about Susan. She responded to all my questions quickly and was so accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that the house was in perfect condition for our arrival. This house was spectacular. Plenty of space for everyone to gather especially at the gorgeous 10 person dining table but there was also plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. The large beautiful deck had amazing views and plenty of chairs and tables to sit with our morning coffee or play a game a scrabble! The whole house was beyond stocked from toiletries in the bathrooms, extra pillows and blankets, fans in every room to every kitchen accessory you could imagine. The kids had ping pong tournaments every night in the game room upstairs where they also watched movies. The house has every game you can imagine. The 3 master bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. There was a back deck with a grill and seating area and a beautiful yard with a firepit and more chairs. There are 2 refrigerators, washer and dryer, multiple coffee makers. I could go on and on. Great area with lots of hiking, bike path in town, breweries, distilleries, great food. It was a perfect week for us and we would absolutely come back again and again!

This is our second stay at this fantastic home nestled mountainside. The kitchen is fully equipped with any gadget or appliance desired to cook a gourmet meal and is 10 minutes away from dozens of restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking. Our family vacation of 7, ranging in age from 25-79, enjoyed themselves during our week stay. A favorite spot was relaxing on the deck listening to the Aspen trees. We even had a deer sighting eating her breakfast while we were gathered around the large dining room table eating our breakfast. Susan is a wonderful property host and we look forward to the possibility of a return stay! So much to do in the area during the summer! VT
