This newly renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one toilet. The apartment is decorated with high quality designer furniture, making it a very cozy place.
Upon entering we find a large hall that gives access to the living room, which has two different areas of dining room and living room. It has two balconies that overlook the Chueca Square and give the living room a great luminosity.
From the hall we also access the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for the stay, in addition to having a dining table and chairs.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The first has two 0.90x1.90 m single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a 1.60x1.90 m double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, the apartment has a separate toilet.
The apartment is a cozy place, totally accessible to move around the city, both on foot and by public transport, thank to its good connections, with a subway stop right at the door of the building.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. The check-in and communication with the management team was very easy and quick. The apartment is well designed and super clean and comfortable. Its location is directly on the Plaza de Chueca which gets busy with outdoor dining and drinking. There are pros and cons to this, so something to consider as the apartment is on the first floor above ground level. Bedrooms are quiet because they’re in the back and LR/DR are quiet with all the windows closed. The HVAC works great in each room so temperatures can be managed so closed windows is ok. Interesting people watching from front room is a bonus.

Awesome location and nice area. Walked to everything and very close to food and cafes. Amazing hosting and we had no issues. Would stay again.

All utilities worked well. The location was excellent as it was very close to everything including grocery stores. The staff were really helpful and available for any question including recommending services such as airport / train transportation. I highly recommend this property.

We loved staying at this property in the heart of Madrid, Spain. The apartment was clean and cheerful and the AC worked great. We would recommend this apartment to anyone interested in a trip to Madrid.
