It is located in the center of the commercial area, next to the tourist area.

At night it is a quiet area and it rests well, so please do not make noise that could disturb the neighbors.
The house has 3 floors, plus the ground floor for bicycles.
It does not matter if there are few people or there are many, the house has a large dining room next to a large terrace, and they will always feel comfortable and with enough space.
Fully furnished, newly painted and refurbished.
It has 4 rooms with balcony, sheets, towels, etc. It has several terraces for sunbathing, to see the people of the street, the landscape, the sea ...
It has a gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine ... fully equipped.

This beautiful property is centrally located minutes walking distance from. Stores , restaurants, shopping, ocean , train station.
It’s very large , with a great layout, well designed and stacked, in great condition and super clean and comfortable. There is a ventilation system in each and every room so it was perfect to adjust it to individual needs We stayed in this home for 11 days and absolutely love it , we got to use the game great space for entertainment. We never got to use the bikes but there were available. Loved this property and I highly recommend it !
