Laundry room located at the top of the staircase.
Third Floor
Bird's Nest Porch: Overlooks the courtyard for a warm sense of place.
Spacious queen-size bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds.
Shared large, double-sink bathroom (standing shower only).
Queen bedroom has a private, uncovered porch overlooking 22nd Street.
All bedrooms feature large closets, dressers, and ceiling fans for your comfort. We hope you explore and enjoy your vacation like a local, so no TVs are provided in the bedrooms—bring your tablet or streaming device if needed.

Situated in the heart of the Virginia Beach resort area, our homes are within walking distance to the best restaurants, nightlife, and live entertainment. Nearby attractions include the Virginia Beach Convention Center, Sports Center, Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), and the developing Atlantic Park, set to be completed in 2025. Enjoy golf courses, putt-putt, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues, grocery stores, parks, coffee shops, bars, and other entertainment activities, all within walking or driving distance.

Long-Term Stays: For stays longer than 2 weeks, please let us know if you plan to bring your own bath towels and bed sheets. For short-term stays less than 2 weeks, we supply bath towels and bed sheets.

Excellent location for Virginia Beach scene and events at the new Dome. Well equipped. Enjoyed the two en-suite rooms on 2nd floor and 3rd floor sleeps 4 in two rooms, with bath.

As others have mentioned, the pictures in the listing look nothing like the property. The actual property is not as light and airy as the pics feel, decor is not as nice or at all the same. I’m not even convinced that the pics are the same place- it’s that different. I know properties change with time, I feel like pics need to be updated after 2014. Location is very loud with street cars, bring your noise machines. Our biggest complaint was cleanliness. The floor was sticky with a film, and so were kitchen surfaces, remotes, etc. One morning I showered and went downstairs, came back up and my feet left black marks on the white bath mat from walking barefoot in the house. The vinyl flooring felt as if it had not been mopped well in quite some time. Walls are scuffed, place is much more worn than pics.
