This immaculate and modern Hawaiian-style townhome offers a unique design with a separate dining room and living room, providing plenty of space to entertain or relax. With 3 bedrooms (including a spacious loft), 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. Sleeping arrangements include:
1 King bed in the master bedroom
1 Queen bed in the guest bedroom
3 Single beds in the third-floor loft
1 Sleeper sofa in the living room
The townhome features:
Split system AC through out the property and ceiling fans
Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, blender, and more
Washer & dryer, ironing board, and iron
Flat-screen TVs: 55` in the living room and 40` in the master bedroom

Assigned Parking Your stay includes one designated parking stall.
Guest Parking One complimentary guest parking stall is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking Passes One parking pass and one guest pass are provided inside the unit. These must be displayed at all times. Replacement cost: $50 per pass.
CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION
Hawai‘i’s tropical climate attracts insects, and we work hard to keep the unit pest-free.
Please help by:
Keeping the unit free of crumbs
Wiping counters and sinks after preparing or eating food
Storing all food in sealed containers or the refrigerator
Not leaving dirty dishes or food containers out
Taking out excessive trash and take-out boxes promptly
Important: Please do not eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract bugs.
If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
AIR CONDITIONING
To conserve energy and maintain comfort:
Close all doors and windows in rooms where A/C is running
Turn off all A/C units when leaving the house

The property was clean and worry free. It was well stocked for our stay with beach chairs and boogie boards and other beach supplies including ample towels for pool and beach. Having a washer and dryer was nice. All the bedrooms are upstairs so be prepared to tote luggage. I would have awarded 5 stars but all the mattresses are extremely firm with most being rock hard. Also, upon arrival it was hot and stuffy until the A/C units had a few hours to work so plan accordingly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed staying at this property in Turtle Bay. The house had beach supplies and plenty of space. Conveniently located on North Shore. The whole experience was smooth and no complaints. Would recommend staying at this property.

I should have paid closer attention to the listing photos. Everything was fine but the room with three beds had no door, no curtain on the window, the “bathroom” was a part of the bedroom with a half curtain partially blocking the toilet. Getting up to the room was on very small stairs (more like a ladder) with large gaps between. All of these things made this not a good room for younger children. If my kids had been any younger I don’t think we could have stayed for safety reasons. Again, I should have looked at the pictures closer. Also no bathtub for small kids and the showers are very small. The home is overall nice with good amenities but shows lots of signs of age. We didn’t use them but appreciate that there were pool and beach toys, family games, and baby gear. Host was quick to respond and very professional.
