Magnificent apartment on the 3rd floor with lift in the ALTURA Residence, facing full south with view of the slopes. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and an open bedroom with 2 small beds in 90x140, a sofa bed that sleeps 2 in 1 (in 2X80x190 or 160x190). Possibility of renting parking spaces in the residence's basement.
Furnished in a "mountain" style, perfectly equipped, the apartment is located in a recent residence with lift, WIFI, at the foot of the Rombière and Font d'Alagnon slopes (approximately 200 metres). A deposit will be requested.
