Very well located with easy beach access and low noise. Short walking distance to Wafflehouse and the main shopping strip. My wife loved the location.

The place was okay, floors were dirty, WiFi useless, and the property manager was impossible to get ahold of. They only provided one cheap garbage bag that was worse than a dollar general shopping bag. Overall nice stay though and good location. AC worked and there were beds which was all that was needed I suppose.
