**** One of two units in this complex. If your dates aren't available here, please check out our 2nd unit vrbo 561887.****
All Brand New Beds!
Our complex only has 38 units vs. other resorts where you're sharing your beachfront with over 200 units. This is one of our two units that we own in this property. Therefore, we can accommodate multiple families and groups.
Our two bedroom townhouse is located in Sugar Beach. A gorgeous and well maintained property in Navarre Beach. Home of Florida's Beautiful white sandy beaches, compliments of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach and heated pool are just steps away for your convenience. Or if privacy is what you crave, you can relax in your own private patio complete with patio table, chairs, and umbrella. A charcoal grill is provided so you may enjoy a BBQ with family/friends.
Inside you can relax in our open floor plan, with a fully stocked kitchen, dining and living room, including a sleeper sofa, half bath and laundry area downstairs.
Upstairs, you will enjoy 2 bedroom suites (Master King Size Bed), complete with private baths and each including a mounted TV.
Free Cable and WiFi are included throughout the unit.
You won't have to bring a thing as we have thought of everything and have it included for you. We even have movies and games for your enjoyment. This is one of Florida's Best Kept Secrets...enjoy!

You will need to pack everything you might need or want for your stay in terms of any kind of toiletries. Usually there is hotel style soap and shampoo in a VRBO but none was provided at this location. All in all, though, a wonderful stay. I wouldn’t try to stay with more that 6 people total though the listing says sleeps up to 8, unless you really don’t mind it feeling crowded. It really is a nice location though and there were only 3 of us. I was there with 2 of my teenage kiddos. We really enjoyed our time, just wish we had known to bring our own soap and coffee filters. Will know for next time!

The hosts are great at communicating important information! The place is conveniently located and a quick walk to the beach. We stay here every time we go to Navarre

Pool was very small for amount of people in the complex. The townhouse was not on the beach as stated in the description. Parking was great and check in was easy.
