Designer classic coastal home 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. Step through the front door into a stylish, well furnished home perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen complete with professional 6 burner range, built in sub zero and marble countertops. Unwind in the adjacent family room while enjoying the cool summer breeze. French doors open to the patio area and tranquil fountain. The entertaining area extends to a separate living and dining room, seating 8. The downstairs also includes a guest bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom and office area with a private entrance. Upstairs, enjoy an oversized primary bedroom (king bed) with fireplace and balcony. The luxurious primary bathroom includes marble flooring, freestanding bathtub and large shower. Additionally, the upstairs includes 3 bedrooms (2 kings and 1 queen), 2 full bathrooms, laundry room and 2nd family room with a sectional sofa. This home is really special. The location makes it easy for a group to divide and conquer in all directions, and it's all walkable or a short Uber ride away. It is central to the beach, the golf course, bike rentals, shopping, grocery, and restaurants. But more importantly, at the property there is such an attention to detail that it is the perfect balance of luxury and California comfort. It is so easy to use the space as if it's your own. Kim's decorating is impeccable, but not so fussy that you can't enjoy it - both inside and out. She is so generous with access to everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the kitchen is stocked and ready for use. We loved every moment! Thanks Kim!!!

House is beautifully furnished and much bigger than it appears from the exterior photos. We spent a weekend with 12 (3 generations) and everyone enjoyed it. Great location as you can walk to the beach and into town. Highly recommend.

What an amazing experience we had staying at this Coronado Coastal Home!! We had family and friends from as far as DC, Ohio and Florida arrive and have an absolutely comfortable and elegant stay. Plenty of bedrooms, super comfy beds and well appointed bathrooms. The amenities were plentiful and didn't need for anything. The artwork and decor was a pleasure to be surrounded by while giving everyone plenty of space. My favorite part of the home was the backyard and how close it was to walk to the beach, Hotel Del and favs like the Clayton's for breakfast and Coronado shopping.
