Welcome to One Seagrove Place, the moment you step off the elevator on the 19th floor, the view opens up in front of you, and it hits you just how private this really is: you're one of only two units on the entire floor.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything, from a quick breakfast before the beach to a relaxed dinner in afterward...we've even got the spices covered, so all that's left to do is cook.

Start your morning with fresh coffee and plenty of choices from the coffee bar, then step out onto the balcony for a quiet moment before the Gulf calls you down to the sand. There's no rush here — just the smell of coffee, and the sound of waves

Arrive, settle in, and help yourself we keep the fridge stocked with complimentary water and soft drinks for you to enjoy at home or on the beach.

You see the ocean from the minute you open the door. Welcome to Unit 1905 — a space designed entirely around that view, so the Gulf is never more than a glance away.

Beautiful unit on the 19th floor, great views directly overlooking the beach! Furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with soft drinks and water, dishes, and a full spice cabinet! A stocked coffee station as well! The Aveda shower products were a nice touch..I also like that you can watch live tv without having to sign into your own streaming services (this is especially helpful for my elderly Dad who has a hard time with apps)..We had a great stay here and will definitely be back!

Pros: Nicely furnished and excellent amenities Cons: 1: Since there is no sliding glass door covering in the living room, the full frosted glass on bedroom doors allowed sunlight into the bedroom beginning at daybreak. For my wife and I, this meant we woke up at daybreak. 2: About ¼ inch of dust on the fan in the master bedroom that coated the blades. 3: Black mold in shower floor/wall caulking especially under the door. It's so bad there that pieces would break off when showering. 4. Jets in master bedroom spa tub are not clean and coated mildew or mold???
