Panoramic view from large deck, suitable for lounging and enjoying your meals and cocktails. Incredible ocean/beach view from living/dining room and kitchen. You may enjoy the Smart TV with cable channels, and WIFI. Unit has central AC and a washer/dryer. Located on private beach in family friendly Ortley Beach, with surfing, longboarding and kayaking. Just a few steps from the beach! Sleeps 6: Master bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, there is a new queen sofa bed that sleeps 2. Located within walking distance of restaurants, miniature golf, famous Seaside Heights boardwalk with amusement park, grocery store and CVS . 2 assigned parking spaces.
Equipped with 6 beach chairs and 4 umbrellas for your convenience.

The property was clean, had everything we needed for the week, and was in a great location. The building was quiet which was perfect for my kids mid-day naps after a morning on the beach, and it was great to not have to pack beach chairs and boogie boards as they were provided.

Amazing location - as close to the beach as you can get in this private development. Jeanette and Rick were always available and fantastic communicators.

•the beach is lovely; I wouldn’t call it private though, because it seems anyone can buy a beach pass, so the beach is more crowded than I expected
•very close proximity to the beach, and the boardwalk. Plenty to do in the area.
•access to the beach chairs, umbrellas & beach toys was very convenient & appreciated
•right when we got there I took off my shoes when I walked in, stepped on the floor in bare feet & the first thing I noticed was sand from the floor sticking to my feet
•we were not told in advance that we had to pay for beach badges ($170 for 4 passes, everyone 13 & up needs one), we found out in our greeting email that was sent a few days before, and the owner didn’t even have correct details on the cost. The greeting book in the condo also had wrong information about pricing for these. It would’ve been nice to know I needed to come up with almost $200 extra just to use the private beach.
•the upstairs neighbors were very noisy, sound proofing in this building is obviously not very good. The across the hall neighbors could be heard the minute they spoke above a speaking voice, especially in the hallway. We have stayed in many condos, and never heard this much noise from other people. We did alert the owners, who talked to the management office, they were very kind about helping. The problem is more so that the building isn’t sound proofed well. I would consider that while making this reservation. The owners were very responsive to our complaint.
