This 348 m2 Breton and modern architect's house is ideal for holidays with family or friends or business seminars.
It is located in a privileged location extremely QUIET and QUIET near the SEA at Dossen in Santec in Brittany.
You can get away from it all by walking or cycling on the numerous coastal paths.
THE BEACH of Dossen, one of the largest and most beautiful in Finistère, is 1OOM from the villa.
The nautical club will allow you a good number of activities on the beach.(swimming, diving, surfing, sand yachting, windsurfing, kitsurf, and others ...)
The presence of shops (bars, crêperies, pubs, ice cream ...) at the water's edge, to ask you and appreciate the view of the sea as well as that of the island of Sieck.
The villa offers a very beautiful enclosed landscaped garden with pond and outdoor lounge.
You can also take full advantage of the interior thanks to its very large glass roof, 5 m high.

Very enjoyable stay. Excellent location close to beach. All went smoothly.

We used the pool every day, also the protected lunch area in the garden which trapped the sun even in October. The kitchen was well equipped for 10 people. One double bedroom leads off the children's room, but this was fine for our group. Lots to do in the local area and plenty of places to eat.

The property was in a great location. It was a bit tired in comparison to the website photographs. The only downsides were the lack of toilets (ensuites were shower rooms only) and the chemical balance of the pool needed adjustments as it caused rashes and tickly coughs. Other than that we had a brilliant time.
Dossen beach was superb and it was close to all amenities.
The wider area was superb with great restaurants and loads to do.
