Our condo has all the amenities of home, including a full kitchen with a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. It also has smart TVs, washer & dryer, iron, hair dryer, and Wi-fi. Our condo is located within walking distance from APSU, F&M Bank Arena, the River Walk and many restaurants, bars, and breweries. It is also centrally located 25 minutes to Fort Campbell, 50 minutes to Nashville, and within 1 hour from 4 distilleries on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tour. The host provided very thoughtful extras including coffee pods, creamer and sweetener, full spice rack, plush towels, shampoo and conditioner, cotton swabs, floss picks, and on and on. Although the interior is showing a bit of wear and tear, it is very clean and comfortable. If you like to sleep on a soft mattress, the beds here are good for you. Convenient location with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Pet friendly property with amazing sheets and both towels for the humans. Loved the coffee bar and access to laundry. Location was also good for some locals who were preparing to move out of state. Communication was also really good.

The place was a great location, close to apsu campus. Comfortable apartment. There was a mix up on my arrival and the host responded right away and helped rectify the issue.
