Antique-powered mill from the early twentieth century, renovated with taste and respecting the traditions and 'housed this great apartment in villa with private garden, smelling of traditions.
Is located in the north of the island, specifically in Maguez, a typical rural village on the slopes of the volcano Corona, area surrounded by fields planted with corn and potatoes, and in the green most of the island, also called the "Valley of the 1000 Palme".
"La Molina" main building of the finca, about 140sqm, ideal for a large family, group of friends and because 'no for
the couple who want space and wander around in the tradition for an unusual and charming holiday. And 'here that we find in fact the old machinery, from the engine to millstones, all renovated in a more authentic as possible.
La Molina and 'consists of a large living room with dining area, a suite with bathroom, a double room, abitile kitchen and main bathroom.
The garden with the typical black layer of picon, and 'well-equipped with barbecue and deck, to make you relax, if that' no bastsse from the garden you can access the jacuzzi area open to all guests of the finca them.

La Molina is a converted mill which has been restored to a very high standard whilst keeping lots of original features. The owners are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is remote but there is easy access to Haría and Arrieta where there are great restaurants and stunning views. If walking is your aim then this is a fantastic location to access great walks and experience the true Lanzarote.

Fantastic holiday home, stylish apartments in a quiet rural setting, great sports like biking and surfing in the vicinity and enjoying the jacuzzi afterwards.
Very friendly and helpful host.
