Start your morning with coffee on Calhoun Street, spend the afternoon exploring Old Town Bluffton, and stroll to the May River town dock as the day winds down. At this inviting cottage, restaurants, shops, galleries and the Church of the Cross are all a short walk away. Park once and settle into the easy pace of the Lowcountry.
Inside, bright, comfortable spaces make it easy to feel at home. The single-level cottage sleeps up to six, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A renovated bathroom and a full kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher and ice maker add everyday comfort, whether you’re here for a weekend or a longer stay.
Outside, mature live oaks shade the half-acre property. Gather around the fire pit, cook on the grill or relax in the outdoor seating area after a day of exploring. The yard and carport are shared with a separate accessory unit on the property. The yard is not fully fenced, so pets must be supervised outdoors.
Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to fit in a little work, while HDTV with Apple TV gives you a comfortable place to wind down. A crib, books and toys are available for guests traveling with little ones. You’ll also have laundry access, one designated off-street parking space and access to an on-site Tesla charging station.
The cottage is professionally cleaned, and keypad self check-in lets you settle in with ease. Approved pets are welcome for $75 per pet, per stay. Property managers are available to help during support hours, which end at 9:00 PM; messages received afterward will be acknowledged the following morning.

To say "charming" is somehow an understatement. The house was spotless, extremely well "thought out" for renters-- and sure while the cottage is older, it has great mew appliances large and small, a HUGE yard which was great for our dogs, the location is SUPERB! So glad we stayed here. Communication was great! Comfy beds and sofa. We did not cook-- just made coffee-- drip and french press available! Because the restaurants are fantastic and SO CLOSE! Best fish and fillet we ever had in our lives NEXT Door at the Pearl. The house is set back from the sidewalk so lots of good people watching. This has to be the most stunning village/community in SC-- we loved the shops, the friendly people, the parks, loved walking around to everything! Do not look further! If I have a meeting in SC again we will be back. We did not want to stay/pay for staying at the resort and we are so glad we did. BTW tons of golf courses 10-20 minutes away! ENJOY! Can't remember the breakfast/lunch place diagonally across the street-- had a big porch-- AWESOME! indoor and outdoor seating. I want to go back already! Thank you Kevin!

Nice location to stay in Bluffton. My only issue was that the TV never functioned properly. I noticed that other guests in the past have had the same issue. I hope the owner will leave written instructions for the future. It would have been nice to have a little sugar. When you fly in, it is almost impossible to bring what you need for cooking. Buying large amounts just isn't feasible. I do recommend staying here with those things in mind.

The property is very nice with comfortable bedrooms and living room in a great central location. We did not have an opportunity to use the kitchen, but looks like we could easily cook meals for ourselves during a longer stay. We have family in Bluffton and will likely try to stay here again!

All was good. Didn’t get along with property manager. He had a bad day so he hung up on me regarding question about the TV.
