The place was clean and smelled good. The only thing I didn’t realize it was connected to the main building so if noise doesn’t bother you it’s perfect!

This place is great for families! The kids had so much fun with all the activities on the campgrounds. Just a short drive away from the zoo and downtown Asheboro makes it a great location!

This little apartment was great and my family would stay here again! The campground was so cool- I wish we’d had more time to enjoy it but we were at soccer all day. Very clean and comfortable for everyone. We had a little trouble figuring out where the apartment was since we arrived in the dark, but once we found it we were very happy! Our only complaint is that we ran out of hot water by the 3rd or 4th shower- perhaps because also had to wash a lot of dishes in the sink. Also, not a big fan of the strong smell from the glade plug-ins. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Very nice apartment that is exactly like the pictures. We used the pool, putt putt, axe throwing and walked a trail. Also bought the bucket of rocks for gem mining. 7 and 8 year old boys loved it. Waterslide was broken. Campground was extremely clean amd everyone was friendly. If you're looking for a fun place to stay near the zoo, this is it!
