This beautiful 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite located within the Sandpearl Resort & Spa on Clearwater Beach and is located on the top floor of the resort and features a well appointed living room with a nice full sized sitting area, with a pullout couch, two royal blue club chairs, and a queen bed. The living room has its own private balcony for the kids/guests to capture the most exquisite city and harbor views. The bedroom offers privacy and has a king bed that attaches to the bathroom, which includes his & her vanities, large shower, and a tub. The suite also has an full sized in-room washer/dryer, full kitchen w/ quartz countertops and bar. This top floor suite faces East and has a spectacular view of Mandalay Bay.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. The space was clean and accommodated all of our needs. The two balconies were perfect and the kids loved eating breakfast overlooking the water. We loved the added safety feature of the loop lock placed high up to ensure little ones could get onto the balcony without parental supervision. Tom was extremely responsive with all of our needs and questions. The resort itself was gorgeous and perfect for families. Easily the best vacation we've had as a family and would easily stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay in Tom’s suite at The Sandpearl. The suite was very clean and comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. Communication with the host was excellent and couldn’t be better. The staff at the Sandpearl was friendly and helpful and the food, servers, and sunsets at Tate’s beachside restaurant can’t be beat. We can’t wait for our next visit!
