Stayed the weekend for concert at The Amp. The condo is very close to the beach, less than a minute walk to the public access. It is also a short 5 minute drive to The Amp which was perfect. The condo was very clean although dated as most of these units are. 2 BR (one with full bed and the other has 2 twin beds). No beach chairs, equipment or beach towels to use so bring your own. Otherwise it was a very nice stay

The proximity to the beach is wonderful and the proximity to salt life food shack, even better. We had tickets to the concert at the amphitheater and that was amazing, and the location to the concert venue is perfect.
