Our beautiful and fashionable 70 square meter home is located in Plaza de la Moreria, in the Austrias neighborhood, in the historic center of Madrid, a unique neighborhood with a lot of charm.
The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities you can super equipped with the best appliances: coffee maker, hob induction, pyrotic oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, blender, washing machine, extractor fan, kitchen utensils. Master bedroom, double bed of 1. 50 is comfortable to sleep peacefully, the sheets are 100% cotton, there is a spacious wardrobe with wooden hangers, tv, air conditioning, and balcony to the Plaza de la Moreria. The Apartment has 6 balconies to the street therefore is super bright and has beautiful views to the Viaduct and the Casa de Campo. The sunsets are beautiful !!!
You can enjoy good music and many movies that you can see in the 2mx2m projector.
You also have a sofa-bed of premium quality-1. 60. In the living room there is also air conditioning and tv.
There is also heating throughout the house and Led lighting
Recessed on the floor of the (website hidden) fridge is great ice crushed to be able to have a refreshing drink while looking out the balcony at the day to day neighborhood.
. The bathroom has 2 dressing tables, rain shower, double basin with faucet Waterfall, premium towels, hair dryer, hand soap dispenser, shampoo, cologne, incense ...
The apartment does not have an elevator but do not worry we will help you to carry your bags.
The apartment is spectacular, you will love it and surely enjoy your stay very much.
You will be 5 minutes from the Royal Palace, Gardens of Savatini, Almudena Cathedral, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de la Paja, the Rastro, Plaza Mayor, 10 minutes from Gran Via, and 15 minutes you reach Chueca.
Very close you have, bars, restaurants, terraces, supermarkets, pharmacy, parks ... All within reach.
Madrid is a very cosmopolitan city, welcoming and full of culture.
Enjoy the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, the Reina Sofia Museum ....

The place is so cute and unique. We loved how we could we walk to many fun and interesting areas every day. The host made the whole experience easier and 100 percent on communication. I loved my time there. Note they do have stairs only to get to the apartment, so plan to be more fit by the end of the trip. Thanks for everything!!

This splendid flat is among the top 3 places we have stayed in the last 10 years. Near everything, but quiet. Has all the conveniences, and excellent hosts.

First of all, the apartment is just magical, with every corner featuring Pachi's intriguing, unique and fun art. I've been an avid traveler for decades, and I have never stayed at a place with more character. The location is also perfect as you can walk literally everywhere you want to go. The MAIN appeal, though, is Elena. She is just a jewel of a human being. She is so thoughtful, kind, helpful and understanding... truly beautiful both inside and out. I feel like I made a new friend before I even met her.Thank you, Elena y Pachi, for an amazing stay in your FABULOUS apartment. I can't wait to return. :-)
