Set on a spacious 15,000 m² estate with beautiful sea views and a private 12-metre swimming pool, this property offers the perfect blend of relaxation, privacy and traditional Finca living.
The generous terrace is the heart of the house – ideal for al fresco dining, morning coffee or simply relaxing while enjoying the peaceful surroundings and stunning views across the Mallorcan countryside. The large grounds give you plenty of space to unwind, play or explore nature at your own pace.
Inside, five comfortable bedrooms await your arrival: three spacious double rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning for maximum comfort, plus two single rooms. The bright living areas invite you to spend quality time together, whether you are watching a film on the Smart TV with Netflix, playing board games or preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
Modern comforts such as Starlink high-speed internet, a traditional wood-burning stove and sustainable solar energy ensure a pleasant stay all year round. The Finca also features its own lemon tree and a touch of genuine countryside charm with friendly animals living discreetly on the grounds.
Porto Cristo, with its beautiful beaches, seafront promenade, restaurants and supermarkets, is only a ten-minute drive away. This makes Finca Vida Sana an excellent base for both relaxing days at the property and exploring the east coast of Mallorca.
