This 3-bedroom 3.5 bath ground floor condo sleeps 7 and is located on Cottage Street in Downtown Bar Harbor. Plenty of free on-site parking makes this the perfect family destination. The full kitchen, family room, and dining room compliment the 1 king, 1 queen bedrooms and bunk room perfectly.

One of the best vacation rentals we've stayed at. Amazing location in Bar Harbor, easy to walk to restaurants and the Shore Path, just as easy to head into Acadia. Convenient parking. Well-appointed apartment with high-quality amenities and everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice condo in a great walkable location to downtown Bar Harbor. The condo was clean and in great condition. The two down sides are:
1) Managed by the hotel down the road so you need to drive to the hotel for check-in/check-out
2) This is a noisy unit. This is a 1st floor unit and the 2nd floor has wood floors so you hear every step and most conversations through the ceiling. We were woken up every night at 1am until the folks upstairs would pass out. Additionally, when you sit in the living room with the windows closed you will hear every conversation on the sidewalk outside
