Newly rebuilt in 2023, Gibbon Meadows Lodge gives families and groups a comfortable home base for experiencing Yellowstone together. 🏠 Gibbon Meadows Loft is a separate 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental located above the left garage. It has its own private entrance and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

For larger groups, or those who would appreciate a little extra privacy, you can book Gibbon Meadows Lodge + Gibbon Meadows Loft together as Gibbon Meadows Getaway, giving everyone plenty of room to gather, plus a separate space for up to four members of your group.
🦬 Yellowstone's West Gate has seasonal vehicle access. It generally closes in mid-March for spring plowing and reopens on the third Friday in April. The gate closes again at the end of October and reopens in mid-December for the winter oversnow season. Please check the National Park Service for current opening dates, conditions + access information.

Guests will have private access to the whole home except for locked areas. Although guests do not have access to these areas, they represent our commitment to your safety and ensuring that our cleaners have access to the necessary supplies to maintain a high-quality experience for our guests.
🔒 Gibbon Meadows Lodge has locked closets in the Main Floor Bedroom, the Laundry Room on the main floor, and in the Basement where the water heaters are located. There is also a locked door in the garage on the wall opposite the guest’s entry into the laundry room, between the maintenance garage and the garage with guest access.
🚘Guests for Gibbon Meadows Lodge and Gibbon Meadows Loft share the driveway. Gibbon Meadows Lodge guests park on the right, and Gibbon Meadows Loft guests park on the left. The driveway is approximately 70 feet deep, providing plenty of parking space. There is also street parking available in front of the home, except during snow season.
You'll be close to endless hiking, fishing, biking trails, and Yellowstone National Park in the warmer months. Enjoy ice fishing, cross-country skiing, easy access to snowmobile trails, and snowmobile and snowcoach tours in Yellowstone National Park in winter.
We will also provide a custom digital guidebook filled with local suggestions and tips for your Yellowstone vacation.

The Gibbons Meadow Lodge is one of the best VRBO homes I have ever stayed in! It had everything you would need in a home. Spotlessly clean and the homeowners have thought of everything a group would need. Our group of 11 from Singapore and South Carolina thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All amenities to the finest details were provided and of excellent quality. Would strongly recommend this home to others. Theresa was a great host!

Our entire group was very pleased with this lodge! Many in the group said that it was the most well thought out house they had ever rented. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen/living/dining areas were perfect and we never felt like we were in each other's way. Having 2 laundry rooms was amazing for this group!!
The location could not be any better for this group as we went snowmobiling, rented a snow coach, and went out to dinner and everything was within an easy 5-7 minute drive.
We loved West Yellowstone and would not hesitate to secure this lodge again when we return!
Theresa is the best host I have ever worked with anywhere. I wish I could have met her as she was delightful to talk with about the house and the area. Every text or email was answered promptly. And I loved the fact that I had my security deposit back in my account before we arrived home!!

We had a fantastic snowmobiling trip. Close to the rental places and all the restaurants in town. Great trails. House was clean, setup well and supplied with everything we needed to make it an enjoyable hassle-free experience. Exactly as advertised.

This was our first time getting to stay at Gibbon Meadows. It was perfect. Plenty of space and the location was perfect. We will definitely book again next year.
