Location! Location! Location! Convenient location is a five minute walk to the river and Drake Park and no more than a ten minute walk to downtown. Walk the other way on Newport and you're in the trendy Newport restaurant row. It's also convenient to Ten Barrel and other local breweries. 2 Bedrooms: 1 king bedroom (new king bed as of August 2016) with master bath, second bedroom has a queen bed (new as of December 2016) and a twin bed
*All bedding is washed in between every guest stay.
2 Bathrooms: Master bath with shower, pedestal sink, toilet. Second bathroom with clawfoot bathtub, vanity cabinet, and toilet.
Living room: 1 queen sleeper sofa (new as of August 2015), 1 bench, 1 leather chair, 1 upholstered chair, *decorative* fireplace

This is a very comfortable home in a great location in walking distance to Downtown Bend. In fact, this is the second time we have stayed here. The home is accurately described and you will not be disappointed!

We had a nice stay overall. The location is excellent—we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Bend. The home was clean, and the check-in process was very easy.Our main complaints were that the mattresses were quite soft and the sheets were not very breathable. The laundry detergent used was also very strongly scented and the smell lingered on the linens and towels and our clothes.It’s not a luxury property, and a few things felt a bit worn or slightly off, but for the price it was a good value. We did reach out to the host with one question during our stay and did not receive a response.
