The views are amazing from this newer corner unit located in Rim Village Vista. The nicely furnished townhome has 3 bedrooms (a king and 2 queen beds), and in the loft is a trundle bed (2 twin beds). There is a well equipped kitchen (including an espresso machine), linens and towels are provided, a washing machine and a dryer, televisions in the living area, master bedroom, and loft, plus a 2 car garage to park your car or to store your toys. There's a bicycle repair rack in the garage too! You will enjoy the comforts this townhome offers.
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.
Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday, October 26th
Pool Hours: 10 AM - 9 PM daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.

Great experience overallCheck in and out was smooth with information document containing everything necessary such that there’s no back and forth. Remember to bring your own soap.

This was a beautiful location to stay with easy access to Arches and Canyonlands. The hosts were great at communicating check in and check out. Thanks for the lovely visit.

Second time staying here. Great views of the cliffs! Very clean! Enough space for our family of 7 to spread out! I would recommend that the owners look into furniture upgrades in the master bedroom - drawers don’t shut, mattress is getting old and sags a lot in the middle, pillows were super flat. And please put some handles on the cabinet above the microwave! Only way to open it is to use very small fingers or a utensil of some kind. It’s obviously been a longtime issue considering the claw marks on the edges!
