Parking (for 3 cars). If you love a quiet place it’s perfect! You do need a car. Some small improvements are possible. Outside plants/trees also to make it a bit cooler. Inside Some more/Better kitchen equipment (esp knives) and a check of sockets because some of them not fixed to wall do but risky
