Designed for comfort, connection, and carefree beach days, this spacious 5-bedroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and is thoughtfully laid out with bathrooms on all three levels that is ideal for families and groups.
Start your mornings on the large deck, sipping coffee as the sun rises, and wind down in the evenings with cocktails while the Gulf delivers unforgettable sunsets. You’re just a 7-minute walk to the sugar-white beaches and a 4-minute walk to the bay, giving you the best of both worlds.
Pet Friendly Paradise
Bring your four-legged family members along! Sandy Paws features a fully fenced yard where pups can safely play and explore. Maximum 2 pets, for an additional fee.

Every bedroom includes bedside tables with power outlets for easy device charging. The home is fully stocked with all the essentials—fresh linens, towels, a well-equipped kitchen, WiFi, washer/dryer, and air conditioning—so you can settle in and relax from day one.

Perfect fit for our group of 12. One family basically upstairs, 2 young couples downstairs and us on the main floor. Pet friendly, even a dog kennel in the lower level if you needed it. Kitchen is very well appointed and made cooking meals a breeze. The host checked in with us a couple of times but check in and out were seemless and the week flew by. Daily walks to the beach took 5 minutes, walks to get Ice Cream 10 minutes, the kids loved both. Oh and you have to go to Skully's! Sitting on the screen porch was a great place for breakfast or working when I had to. If we come back to Cape San Blas or anywhere close we would stay here for sure.

We hadn’t known what to expect from the Cape San Blas location, but we were pleasantly surprised. We came to fish and relax celebrating my husband’s 61st birthday. We were so happy with the house, even more happy with the pristine beaches and beautiful bay. We fished, caught flounder, trout, mangrove snapper, and many large redfish. We kayaked together. The house provided 2 kayaks, but be careful, the red one has a hole in the bottom and it quickly filled with water. Luckily I brought mine from home so it all worked out… what a great mini vacation. Thank you for the great memories.
